Ivy-tree - Efeubaum

Like a tree looks this old ivy, seen at the wall of castle Wernigerode

Sieht er nicht wie ein Bauum aus, dieser alte grosze Efeu?
Gesehen an der Mauer vom Wernigeröder Schlosz.

Bricks

The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.

- Randy Pausch - "The last lecture"

Yesterday I made these photos, fascinated by the picturesque structure and the faded colors...
Today Our Beautiful World gives me the subject "bricks".

Wall...

Sunlight fell upon the wall; the wall received a borrowed splendor.
Why set your heart on a piece of earth, O simple one?
Seek out the source which shines forever.

Tips for making a better world

Tip #6: Tell everyone Jesus told you to do it. If it turns out bad, there are 3 possible explanations:
#1: The people who got hurt needed to be punished. We don’t know why. Jesus works in mysterious ways & He doesn’t tell us every little thing
#2: Maybe you misheard. Everyone makes honest mistakes. Promise to be better next time.
#3: It’s not really bad, but we’re not able to see it yet. Sometimes, things take a really long time to come clear.

Wspomnienie lata - Summer memories

Happy time when after a summer rain
the sun comes out
thousand diamonds sparkle on the leaves
I lost my home
to see the miracles of the meadows
carefree days of happiness
dancing trough the time
lying in the grass
listening the bird songs
and breathing the smell
of flowering herbs

Up and down...

Curiosity

Can I count on you to be there, no matter what? she said & I said no & she said what kind of friend are you? & I said the kind who won’t lie to you any time you want & I think she kept me around as a curiosity after that
