Because today’s investors have no love for anything—only money—. They tear down all the buildings to put up new ones. And those new structures aren't always beautiful. Some architects have developed concepts for renovation and continued use, but they are never realized. This factory, too, was torn down. Very sad, I've seen so much here die...
