Friday Five and some pictures of this week

Good morning,

its friday again and time for five,

joining with Willy Nilly Friday Five, Skywatch Friday and All Seasons.

I

We have a lot of rain here in this autumn.

But rainy days can be very photogenic.

II

The best of rainy days are rainbows,
 we had a few, but not always I'm with my camera...

III

On Monday we went again to donate blood.

After this they make a yummy brunch for the donors and I broke my diet.

Could not resists all the delicious sandwiches and have very enjoyed the meal.

But after it my acute problems came back, o fuck!

Seems ,that really gluten is the substance, what makes me the most trouble.

Oh no, that cannot be!!! That is the last, what I need!

Must still test it, but the perspective of never having a biscuit 

or a fresh bread again is really depressing.
And almost all of the other foods includes gluten too, even spice blends.

And I haven't the money for the very expensive alternatives.

IV

Here is a lovely angel bench in the forest.

I' m sitting often here, it's a very especially and peaceful place.

Nearby in former times was the monastrery "Heavens Gate".

Martin Luther was there as a guest and in this year 

we celebrate  the 500. anniversary of Reformation.

The monastery was destroyed a long time ago, 

but as a little child I saw still a pice of the wall.

It were smaller and smaller, because some people break it down 

and took the stones for their gardens.

The last rest has been covered with grass for five decades.

Now I've seen: they put the grass away and the wall is visible again.

In memory of Martin Luther ..

I hope it stays still for a while and nobody takes away the last stones.

Random 5 Friday

I

The film "Monuments Men" was filmed in our area. 

It is based on real events.

The actors Matt Damon and George Clooney were in our town some time ago. Many people tried to see her and get autographs.

I've had enough to see them in the movie.

In our German cinema, it is not yet.

II
 I found again a  surprise in my letter box by the houee door - it's a magical box lately...

III

I bought new flip-flops. My old ones were broken.

Now in the winter I paid for its only 10 cents ...

I use them in the bathroom, because the stone floor is very cold.

IV

In my imagination I go with them through a long summer day.
I go to the sea through the sand, long time.
Then I come to a forest and later on a clearing.
There's a clown, which gives me an exotic fragrant flower.
There are artists from the circus.
You invite me to play with them.
I can flickflack (handspring) and other tricks that I could as a child ...

This is fun. 

Then it starts to rain in the evening and we all dance in the summer rain. The air smells fresh and green and full of flowers fragrance ......

I like the short stories of Story People.

 I'm trying to understand (or it helps me google-translator) and my English to improve.

Here is an especially famous poetic story that I would like to share.

Tiger Rain

Her umbrella was filled with rain she had collected in her travels & on hot summer days she would open it up for the neighborhood kids & we would splash in the puddles & then it would smell like Nairobi or Tasmania & later on we would sit on the porch & eat ice cream & watch for tigers in the bushes.

Der Himmel von heute

aus meinem Fenster

gibt wahrhaftig nicht viel her...

Die eine Katze pennt stundenlang

die andere lungert in der Kücher herum

und mäkelt am Futter -

nein, das ist heute niemandes Tag!

Dazu gibt es einen Regenwalzer.

Vielleicht hebt das die Stimmung ein wenig (?)

Nach einem groszen Regen

Der Garten hat jetzt keine Farben mehr
die welken Tulpenblätter
wusch der Regen fort.
Dafür hat Grün sich breitgemacht
ist allmächtig DA.
Jetzt wünsch ich mir
ein biszchen Wärme noch.
